1. Digital Products and Subscriptions
1.1 Newsletter Subscriptions
Our free newsletter subscription can be canceled at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any newsletter email or by contacting our customer support team. As this is a free service, no refunds apply.
1.2 Premium Newsletter Subscriptions
For our paid premium newsletter subscriptions:
- Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remainder of the month.
- Annual subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but refunds are only available within the first 14 days of purchase. After this period, the subscription will remain active until the end of the paid term.
1.3 Digital Design Resources
For downloadable digital products such as design templates, ebooks, or resource kits:
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
- If you have not downloaded or accessed the product, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
- If the product is defective or significantly different from its description, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, subject to our review.
2. Online Courses and Workshops
2.1 Self-Paced Courses
For self-paced online courses:
- A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase if you have completed less than 25% of the course content.
- No refunds are available after 14 days of purchase or if you have completed more than 25% of the course content.
- If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course content, please contact our support team for assistance before requesting a refund.
2.2 Live Workshops and Webinars
For scheduled live workshops and webinars:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 3-7 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event date are not eligible for a refund.
- If you cannot attend a live workshop or webinar, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost or request access to the recording (if available).
3. Consulting Services
3.1 Design Consulting
For design consulting services:
- A full refund is available if you cancel more than 7 days before the scheduled consultation.
- A 50% refund is available if you cancel 3-7 days before the scheduled consultation.
- No refund is available for cancellations less than 3 days before the scheduled consultation.
- Rescheduling a consultation is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours before the original appointment time.
3.2 Custom Design Projects
For custom design projects:
- Initial deposits (typically 50% of the project fee) are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, payment is required for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
- If Creative Mind Society fails to deliver the agreed-upon services as specified in the contract, a partial or full refund may be issued depending on the circumstances.
4. Membership Services
For Creative Mind Society community membership:
- Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time. The membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remainder of the month.
- Annual memberships can be canceled at any time, but refunds are only available within the first 14 days of purchase. After this period, the membership will remain active until the end of the paid term.
- If significant advertised features or benefits of the membership become unavailable during your subscription period, you may request a prorated refund based on the remaining time in your subscription.
5. How to Request a Refund

- Email address used for the purchase
- Date of purchase
- Item(s) purchased
